Terms of Service — La Rêvenne Parfumerie Last updated: July 20, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of larevenne.com (the "Site") operated by La Rêvenne Parfumerie ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1. About our store La Rêvenne sells inspired fragrance interpretations in 50mL Eau de Parfum bottles. Product pages describe each scent as inspired by a well-known fragrance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original fragrance houses. 2. Eligibility and accounts You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to purchase. We do not offer customer password accounts on this Site. Checkout is guest checkout. You may look up orders on the Site using your checkout email and order number. 3. Products, pricing, and accuracy All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated at checkout. We try to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and cancel or refund affected orders. 4. Orders and payment When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order (for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). Payment is processed securely through Stripe on our checkout host at larevenne.com. Your card is charged when the order is placed. 5. Shipping We ship to addresses in Canada unless otherwise stated. Estimated dispatch is within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Tracking When your order ships, we add a tracking number in our order system. YNS may send you a shipping notification email if enabled in store settings. You can also look up tracking on the Site under Orders using your email and order number once the order is marked shipped. 7. Returns and refunds All sales are final. Because fragrance is a personal and hygiene product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on placed orders except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for a confirmed fulfillment error. 8. Intellectual property Site content, branding, photography, and product descriptions are owned by La Rêvenne or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content without written permission. 9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Rêvenne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 10.
